Pros
-Executives and managers are approachable and willing to listen to feedback -Flexible work schedule within reason -Great coworkers -Generous with gifts, food, etc. -Contributes deductible amount to HSA. -Allowed to work in office or at home based on employee preference -Nice facilities in the building. -Generous 401(k) contribution that Acuity does not require the employee to match -4 weeks of paid paternity leave and 8 weeks paid maternity leave
Cons
-The culture prior to the pandemic isn't totally replicable in the remote world. -Many things are left up to manager discretion. This benefits people with reasonable managers, but punishes people with controlling managers. -High turn over in certain departments
