Pros
Who would have thought a job in insurance could feel this fulfilling?! I am reminded daily that I'm a valuable part of what makes Acuity great and this motivates me to work hard and help make it even greater. The corporate culture is second to none, and I feel truly blessed to be a part of it. Wages and benefits are incredible, and the freedom to work from home isn't going away, even as the pandemic slows. I can't say enough positive things about the executive team. They're ethical, unified, and transparent.
Cons
Management is stretched thin with other obligations on top of coaching and supporting their direct reports. Pressure to produce/complete projects sometimes interferes with work/life balance.
