Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Glassdoor about your experience working at AcuityMD. We appreciate your honest feedback and are glad to hear that you enjoy working with our team. We take pride in being a fully remote company and are thrilled to know that you appreciate this aspect of our work environment. Amazing Culture, Mission and Product!

Pros

I've loved working for AcuityMD. They went through their Series A funding in March so it has a start-up feel with ~50 employees but it also has a feeling of stability. The culture is very inclusive and kind. There are no pointless meetings and a lot of autonomy. Despite being young, they're focused on DEI, provide great benefits and empower their employees. Highly recommend!

Cons

There's nothing I've noticed worth noting. I really hope they maintain their high culture bar as they scale!

Mission-Driven Company with Great People and Plenty of Opportunity to Grow

Pros

I've had a great experience working at AcuityMD. The mission is meaningful, and it's rewarding to work on a product that helps accelerate patient access to medical technologies. The company is backed by strong investors and continues to grow, which creates a lot of opportunities to take on new challenges and develop your career. One of the biggest highlights is the people. Everyone is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely cares about helping each other succeed. I've also really enjoyed the company offsites. They're thoughtfully planned and provide a great opportunity to connect with teammates across the organization.

Cons

Like most startups, priorities can shift quickly, so it's important to be adaptable and comfortable with change. Work-life balance can occasionally be challenging during particularly busy periods, and I'd love to see a 401(k) match added as the company continues to grow.
