Pros

Some of the work is cool

Cons

They literally admit that there’s no room for growth. Even in interviews, but they try to put a spin on it to make it seem positive? They also hype up these low paying jobs even though they basically say you’ll end up doing everything that no one else wants to. Glorified note taker lol.

Nice people. Slow-moving and no mobility.

Pros

It feels good to work here because the campaigns do good things. The people are kind, welcoming, and fun. Good pay for a non-profit. Work-life balance is great.

Cons

There isn't room to move up unless people leave. Changes also take a very long time. The culture isn't very geared toward self-starters, and people are generally very protective of their time to an extent I think is excessive. Though this is great for work-life balance, it can be difficult to learn or challenge yourself. Departments are also very siloed and often behave as though they don't have the same goals.
