      You get to do lots of work on your own.

      Cons

      Job applicants should asked how many hours they get paid to work. Who, if anyone, will back them up when they need a vacation. Ask if they will ever get a raise. Ask what computer programs they use and how often technology is upgraded and who helps with computer questions. Ask what the overall mission of the company is for newspapers.

      There are no pros about this company

      Cons

      Low wages, constant technical problems, unrealistic expectations, requires training yourself off the clock, does not tolerate criticism of any kind, doesn't care about employees, obscenely expensive health insurance, no matching 401K, all other "benefits" aren't worth it. They won't just "let you go," they will ghost you. You find out you're unemployed by being locked out of their system when you try to log on.
