Pros
Plenty of autonomy to work with customers and businesses of all types. You really get to know the community you work in and a lot of great people that run businesses within them.
Cons
Can't provide the customers with advertising services they're looking for. All budgets are centered on keeping print papers afloat. While there are so many great options available to provide, you can only sell what works for Adams rather than the customer.
