      HR/Admin Vertical Is Toxic and Driven by Executive Discretion

      Good lesson in recognizing toxic leadership early

      Cons

      Left the company shortly after realizing HR/ADMIN vertical decisions appear heavily driven by executive discretion rather than measurable performance. Also branch managers will call you on weekends and after work.

      A Great Staffing Firm to Work With

      Hours can be a bit long The main issues come with any staffing firm/recruiting position. Dealing with people as the main part of your day can be difficult.
