Pros

- incredible onboarding -- week by week structure -- hands on support from top preformers from a variety of offices, people who gain nothing by helping me, but go above and beyond anyways -- exceptional group training -- unique partnership to give me 1:1 access as I went through my first several months, serving as an additional touchpoint + safe space to ask questions, vent, get reality checks, be encouraged & supported -- i could honestly go on and on about the onboarding alone - unique scaling process/bonus structure to ramp me up to comissions -- money i can put in my pocket monthly -- prioritizes variables that matter after coming out of training + creates good habits

Cons

- no cons related to my job -- maybe a tiny con, it's a lot at first but if you trust the process (onboarding), ask questions, try and are willing to be a sponge + not do it perfectly at first, it will fall into place

I can’t say enough great things about Addison group! Awesome leadership. Zero micromanagement. My favorite thing is to just get to come in and do what I do.

Cons

Sometimes you wonder if you’re doing everything right but no news is good news

Pros

Good training program. Some nice people.

Cons

If the market is bad there is not much you can do about it. They act like you can make a lot of money in certain verticals and you can’t. Tough to get meetings with people if they aren’t hiring, or downsizing their teams. Tell you to take vacations but are really strict on hitting metrics they aren’t realistic.
