      The staff I worked with about a position was hands down the worst I have worked with for any staffing agency. They were uninformed, not motivated, provided little information, didn't provide updates or communicated with me unless I asked. I would rather deal with one of those offshore scams that call you from a phone bank with only a four-day crash course in speaking English than go back to this agency

      It was third party but no different then any other contracting agency

      no real benefits and if there are they suck.... Well wait I did get a 50 $ giftcard from them for my Birthday that was about it though no vacation time....

      Pros

      I recently was placed in a direct hire, full time position. Recruiters work on commission so they are determined to get you a job. I worked with Lauren Strzepek who was an absolute pleasure. She was always quick to follow up with me and I could tell she really cared about getting me a job. She also helped prepare me for each interview and gave me several options of places to work that had different roles and responsibilities. After each, we debriefed together and she was so kind and helpful. They also work in a variety of industries so there is something for people with various backgrounds. If you are smart, hard working, and passionate about your work this is a great agency to work with.

      Cons

      I can understand how some might think the interview prep and debrief is juvenile, but I really appreciated it. You can never be too prepared for an interview and I accept any feedback or tips with open arms. If you aren't a hard worker this probably isn't the place for you.
