Pros
Adept Consulting holds the highest employee retention statistics within the IT industry. We have several employees who have been with us for 25 years. I have been proud to work with our team of professionals!
Cons
Everyone in the company should understand there is open door policy at Adept and should contact management if they have a concern.

I can't think of any because I'm so disgusted by their practices.
Cons
Adept does not pay a comparable salary that other companies pay. I'm talking a $30k difference! The bill rate is the same across the board for all companies and Adept keeps 55% of the bill rate where other companies only keep 30-40%. Adept is keeping the $30k difference for themselves and not passing it along to their employees in salary. Adept also filed grievances against the main contract company complaining that their employees were leaving for a higher salary with other contracting companies. This is not right.
