      Pros

      Adept truly cares about their employees and their customers. Everyone is very knowledgeable about what they do and provides great training to newcomers. They help in any way they can and want their employees to succeed. Adept provides top notch customer service to all of their customers in a very truthful way, which you don't always see!

      Cons

      I have not experienced any downsides during my time here.

      Pros

      Dynamic consulting company that primarily focuses on Commonwealth of PA agencies. For a small company, it has very diverse portfolio of customers and projects. The company structure is flexible and provides continuity between projects, full contract management and an overall focus on "doing what is right" for its customer base.

      Cons

      Business is changing moving towards a component of largely staffing. Too much business is with the Commonwealth and the client portfolio needs to diversify.
