Management never communicates, always out of parts or machines are down. Oil spill covering half the plant, a ton of favoritism.

Employees on all shifts were great to work with. Always worked well with me. You can make a ton of money but you won’t have a life. Paid overtime after 45 hours but it’s only straight time.

Cons

Over worked, no appreciation for employees from supervisors to union employees from upper management. They don’t care about your personal life or anything you do for the company. Only way to move up is to sacrifice your life, kiss up to upper management, and be a complete jerk to everyone. You wonder why you have high turn over?!?! What a joke!
