Pros

Compensation and benefits are fair/competitive. Middle management is generally collegial, and the various teams/individuals generally get along and have a good team spirit. There are lots of team building activities throughout the year. Management regularly holds effective communication meetings with all personnel to discuss the state of the business, so that surprises are few.

Cons

Upper management overly focused on sending the right message to Wall Street at the expense of investing in their own future. Don't expect any loyalty from this employer.

Pros

Was close to home, short drive to work.

Cons

Took many bosses that could make decisions, or stand behind their decisions, low pay, pay for women v.s. men not comparable for the same job, insurance was a joke, management couldn't keep their lies to the hourly employees straight. Was a good place to work before Adient bought the company and immediately announced closing the plant.
