      Not bad but too top heavy. Many layers of "leadership" that don't really lead.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are decent. Opportunities for growth although can be difficult due to politics.

      Cons

      Work / life balance not so good. Quite a bit of politics which seems almost the norm in corporations like this. A lot of micromanaging and waste. Way too many meetings. But there are definitely worse places to work.

      Start with 3 weeks vacation. All the over time you can want. Hone your skills repairing machinery with nothing or very little for parts. Company pays for boots, uniforms, and $200 a year tool allowance. If your into "Clicks" ,, and your a screw up, and not really qualified to be in the position your in,,, THEN YOULL CLIMB THE LADDER FAST, YOULL GET PROMOTED FAST,, Because they need scape goats and people to lay blame on..

      They are not truly safety oriented. PRODUCTION 1st MANAGERS Covering their butts 2nd. SAFETY 3RD! They straight lie to you with a poker face and do not hire help, they will use you until you are burned out. Mid managers and supervisors are ALL JOB SCARED, and they know they are scape goats for their bosses,, They will throw you under the bus behind your back but tell you to your face they are doing everything they can for you. You ARE EXPECTED AND REQUIRED TO LIKE AND LOVE WHATEVER THEY DECIDE AND MAKE NEWER MID AND UPPER PLANT MANAGEMENT FEEL LIKE THEY ARE SUPER HEROS... Only department left with a good honest manager is Tooling..
