They moved me 1,000 miles from home to work in a corrupt plant. The upper management/ salary employees upstairs and even a lot of employees on the floor knew that the materials manager was having the numbers changed in the system for inventory/cycle counts. If it was a $3K gain in material you would write off $6K. “So it looked better at physical inventory”. That’s a HUGE unethical, SOX violation. What’s wild is I was expected to be okay with this. When I left the company due to this as well as harassment by other employees for saying something about this to corporate I was harassed by finance and HR to pay back my relocation in a week. Now here we are at tax time and my W2 states I still got that money. They charged me 2K MORE for that terrible outside company they used for the relocation process. Seriously; if you ever get an offer for Clanton; don’t go there.
