      Pros

      Descent pay, Good vacation, average medical, early dismissal before holidays.

      Cons

      Managers in positions with ZERO experience. Unable to recognize quality people from suck ups, need no skill to succeed. Company definitely heading downhill Since becoming Adient, watched many unethical practices by a manager who shouldn't even be at McDonalds. Company has many quality issues due to unqualified people in positions where skill is needed.

      Not a fast paced plant. Laid back work supervisors aren't hard on you.
