Pros

Intelligent, fast-paced, and young work environment make Adimab a fantastic place to work. Equity is granted at signing, as well as numerous small perks - gym membership, breakfast and lunch, multiple company-wide adventures, and a beautiful new facility. Substantial vacation time even for new hires.

Cons

Results-driven decisions pushes for fast analysis and discovery of improved techniques that can lead to early burn out. Due to the nature of the business, plenty of weekend work and limited holidays.
