Pros

Adimab will pay for you to continuing education. It will also support your personal development goals by paying for 50% of the cost if it not work related. Adimab offers lots of perks like sabbaticals, company trips, company outings, great healthcare coverage, tax filings, lunches, group outings, generous stock grants, etc...

Cons

Sometimes Adimab takes the work hard, play hard thing too seriously. Not everyone can work 60 hours. Some have families and while I have seen many struggle with work life balance, my own experience has been very positive. I feel supported and it is understood that family comes first. Adimab can be spiteful. They have attacked and accused non adimab scientists of wrong doing publicly. I do not agree with this.

Pros

#1 is probably culture and activities, people are fun/friendly and actually want to attend happy hours, clubs, etc. plus company trips! Benefits and pay are the best I’ve experienced The science is really cool and people are open to career development and want you to succeed Awesome location for people that like the outdoors

Cons

Only thing is long hours in comparison to previous jobs
