Working there feels like being in a cult

Amazing benefits. Honest, fair, intelligent CSO. Great location if you have a family.

Cons

Thin upper management team with essentially no work experience outside of Adimab. Many groups are extremely stressed and overworked. Very toxic and unprofessional HR department (think high school mean girls) - nothing you tell them is kept in confidence and they use various manipulation strategies to extract information about lab culture.

Great benefits and nice, quiet location

Cons

Complacent management team. Lack of upward mobility for new scientists. Most unprofessional HR department I have ever experienced. They will manipulate and deceive you and hold absolutely no respect for personal boundaries.
