Pros

1) Management highly encourages people to expand their skillsets into new areas of expertise 2) HR fosters a very welcoming environment. Even as part of a fully remote team, I've always felt connected to the main office 3) Great opportunities to interface with the science done at the multiple partner companies to stay on top of the latest developments in the field 4) Very generous with benefits such as great healthcare plans, matching 401k, HSA, conference budgets, above average equity, etc..

Pros

The platform is the best. Right on the edge of what is possible with science. Outstanding benefits aside from salary. Great work-life balance for some.

Cons

Salary is very average for most low level positions. Comp between levels is not discussed. Not a lot of room to grow because higher up levels are filled with long term insiders. Some departments are clearly understaffed but lately there has been staffing efforts to address this.
