Pros

I have been blessed to find a home at Advanced Roofing. They are a family owned business that deeply cares, strives for success in their employees, have growth opportunities and are passionate about providing both A+ customer service and a finished product.

Cons

Due to working remote in a different time zone, I start work early to maintain the same schedule as my co-workers. With that said though, that does mean my day wraps up a little earlier than those in my current time zone which only means more time with my family!

You will experience exposure to different types of projects and learn about interactions between different trades within the same company, such as roofing, HVAC, sheet metal, solar, and electric.

Cons

Leadership is almost unaware of middle to upper management or middle management contributions to the company which can lead to unrealized professional goals.
