      Pros

      guaranteed five days a week if you are a lead.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. No bonus structure or incentive to make you work harder. Although it is a part-time job..More communication from upper mgmt.

      Pros

      You are able to run your business any way you want as long as certain policies and procedures are followed.

      Cons

      Upper management is constantly changing so new polices and procedures are developed every month causing confusing and stress for low level management. No raises and no compensation for hard work. Takes HR a month to respond to complains. Will fire and replace employees easily. No compassion, you are just a gear in a machine.
