Opportunity for advancement, learning opportunities, Christian based, overtime available, extra-shift bonuses, nice people.

Cons

Staffing shortages, increased workloads, centralized staffing model (staffing shortages on one unit affects all units). Nurses may be forced to float to other units thus placing home units in staffing deficit. Staffing woes lead to ill-prepared staff.

Pros

FHT is more than happy to help and grow their employees. They are the first ones to hire someone because they are a good person rather than their experiences, and for what I've seen this is better than someone that has experience. The education department is hands down one of the best

Cons

There are a lot of changes in how things are run, and its deterring a lot of employees from continuing their careers with FHT. Don't be discourage though, they are beginning to fix things for the better.
