Pros

Overtime and bonuses offered frequently. Savings plan for full-timers is good. Employees are friendly and fun to work with. Has potential for being better in the near future if staffing issues are solved.

Cons

Extremely low pay especially for those starting out in the field. Bottom of the the bottom. You end up burning yourself out working extra hours to supplement income. They are always short-staffed which means you always have a big workload.

Pay is good- wouldn't want to be a patient here though. No confidence in these doctors. Sad to say.

Bad management - understaffed- never ending competency that is never really used- for CAP only- totally fake
