Pros

The only few we're having good coworkers, a convenient location close to USF, and cheap cafeteria food that's above average in quality.

Cons

This is a place that will put you in immediate depression with the way it looks (old, dirty, tight) or the way it's being run (isolated and corrupt senior leadership, and non-accountable middle management). You'll then understand why this hospital continues to receive low ratings on national scales.

The employees are great and the patients are very grateful. Employees are always trying to make the most of it.

Cons

Management is terrible. All about the dollar and not the patient.Change protocol to suit their needs. Will stand behind their employees.
