Pros
This company is pretty incredible, tbh. Uncapped commissions and the sales roles are W2, so you never have to worry about bringing home the $ you need. I was initially a little hesitant about their "hiring from within" practice as I knew I wanted a management role, but they act quickly on feedback from new hires and give you all the resources you want to move up as quickly as you want. I've come full circle on that as well, now that I see that everyone in a management role has a thorough grasp of anything a new hire might experience, and everyone is able to (and actually does) help. The owners are down to earth and involved in the day-to-day. While it's sales so it's competitive, the atmosphere is incredibly laid back and everyone is playing for the same team. They pour their earnings into their employees through trainings and more importantly a LOT of leisure travel - around the country and international. Overall, they train well, pay well and listen well, and it's a fun group of people to be around.
Cons
This is not a good fit for someone without a strong desire to achieve. Also not a great fit if you seek constant supervision - there are regular meetings but you have to hold yourself accountable.
