Thanks for taking the time to review your experience as an employee at Advocate Construction. Depending on the role and department, schedule flexibility does differ. Our production team needs to work during the hours when the municipalities allow construction work. Our sales team often takes calls and appointments when it works for both their own and their customers' schedule.
