Pros

Been around a long, long time. They adapt to changes in industry (cuts both ways) They stay competitive (though sometimes slow to "correct") Possibilities for advancement more than most similar companies, due to their variety (though often not practical) Pay based on salary rather than hourly or daily (can cut both ways) For an aviation company, has a great long term outlook, based on their diversity now and their history.

Cons

Often slow to respond to competitive changes in market. Seemingly understaffed on the management side (but looks like that may be changing) Some programs continue to use old airframes/models (not always within full company control) No 401k match (yet) Initial training agreement (not too unreasonable, but certain competitors have done away with those)
