I love my job and the employer I work for. It is completely satisfying to maintain aircraft to the highest standards and for such an awesome company.

Cons

Strange hours at times - welcome to aviation right! I am asked to go way outside the box in serving the customer. Its not really a "con" but it could be perceived as such to some seeking this type of work. You never know what you may be asked to do. Some days its racing remote control cars with the owners grandkids, other days its cleaning out a full lav shoot.

I've been with Aero Air for over 15 years, and always been treated fairly. I've read the other reviews people have posted and I don't agree with any of them.

Cons

It's aviation, people come and go, I've seen plenty in my time here and else where in this field.
