Pros

The shop employees were good.

Cons

Layoffs were coming at my job, so I proactively sent out resumes and got hired here. After paying my own relocation expenses and buying tools, they reorganized and said my position no longer exists. They've lost over 82 mechanics in two years - literally. They have a list they keep track!

Pros

I found the people at Aero Air were the highlight. All were helpful and friendly which is a must in an industry with a lot of stress and pressure to make sure things are done correctly.

Cons

Management lacked the ability and freedom to give raises to hard working, skilled, loyal employees. Employees aren't valued and invested in as they should be. Little opportunity for upward movement. Little to no training offered. Most managers don't have adequate management skills.

Pros

Get to be around a lot of aircraft

Cons

No real movement up. Spend a lot of money to grow the company and make them like they are successful, but won't spend money to keep good hard working employees.
