Aerotek is only good if you are fresh out of college and have no job experience. You will learn much about recruiting techniques, interview skills, sales and customer service.
Cons
Aerotek is the military academy of all staffing companies, the benefits are horrible, you will have to work long, long hours and forget about asking for time off. Compensation is relative to a lot of factors, office size, number or recruiters in your pit, manager abilities. If your manager is not good, you will not make any money. You'll have to recruit for others which takes even more time. Lastly, the commission is tiered and is rather poor. You will be driven through the mud before you see any profit as a recruiter. the environment is so so, everyone is always stressed out so be prepared to bump heads with a few people and have your spirit broken, a few times.
