flexible schedule, nice co-workers, time off

Cons

Ageism, nepotism. Always trying to get older employees to take early retirement. If you are over 50 stay away. I was put on admin action because my stats were not up to standard. i exceeded my 70 claims but was told i was not doing enough "weighted claims". Always promised to help you, gave it to you for a day or two and took it away. They are good at covering their corporate a--- in my training class 5 members were related to an employee, two daughters, cousin sister.

Great benefits. 401k w/ 6% company match at hire. Competitive salaries. Potential to work from home if you are friends with your manager.

Cons

Poor leadership. A playground for friends to hire friends to hang out and blatantly do as they please. Lack of compassion or flexibility for employees. Undervalued employees. High turn-over.

In the beginning, everyone was helpful. First year provided many opportunities to learn and grow. The job opened the door to a whole new industry.

Cons

My direct report took a strong dislike to me and soon began to run me down. It rapidly became apparent that she was determined to drive me out. A credible reason for the sudden change was never given. After 6 months of harassment, I finally caved - couldn't take it any more. I was actually happy to be fired! Huge load off my mind . . . soon found work with a competitor that was much more friendly and loved working for.
