      ncie working env, ppl, offices. Generaly good employer.

      Cons

      offices at stodulky, quite far from certain parts of Prague

      Thanks for taking the time to write your review. On our longer term road map, we do plan on moving our office closer to Prague’s centre – but do bear with us for now. Given hybrid working is here to stay at Aevi, we hope the current location isn’t too impactful 😊

      Really happy to read that you feel that there is a real family here at Aevi and that we are somewhere you can grow – we believe that it is very important to have the opportunity to continually learn. I agree, it can feel like there has been a lot of change recently, as we're developing from a start-up into a scale-up. We are nearly at the end of getting everything ready, which we believe is the right structure for us to reach the next level.

      Pros

      If you like challenges to learn or get better, Aevi has some really good opportunities to learn, test or extend your skills, and the best part as a developer if you have some ideas and you can show that it’s brings value, there is a big chance that will be you next task.

      Cons

      Information and explanations can be hard to find or get, and not all information is correct witch make thing harder and take more time.
