      Pros

      Really welcoming environment. They're actively trying to counteract the industries diversity imbalance in a positive way. Innovation is welcomed and leadership team are VERY easy to talk to. Working hours are kept to a human level which is reinforced around the company. What we're working towards is really exciting and everyone is on board.

      Cons

      In a transitioning period so need to work on effective planning but it's to be expected with the amount of change.
