      I’m very happy to hear that you feel that you are treated as an adult as we believe this is essential. Treating people with respect builds a strong foundation of trust, and trust is one of the main ingredients to Aevi being a success. We know that collaboration in this new ‘hiring without borders’ and hybrid/remote world is not as easy as it used to be; and we know that simply overlaying the old ways of doing things in this new world does not work.
