      Pros

      The best team I have ever encountered. Benefits that really fit my needs, especially unlimited vacation that is awesome. And the ability to openly talk with top management about anything, that proves to me, that employees are not just assets, but valued members of the team.

      Cons

      There were a lot of changes in structure of the teams and their workload, this was not ideal, but it is calm right now. There is a good strategy for company, but middle part is somewhat missing, I don't see what exactly has to be done within each team to meet goals defined within our strategy.

      Your review has bought a smile to my face! Our employees are really valued, and I am very happy to hear you feel this. The start of the year did bring about a lot of changes, which is never easy, but I am confident we have the right structure moving forwards to lead us to the success we’ve all worked so hard to achieve. We will continue working on the ‘middle part’ until we get it right – we know it’s so important that our company goals are distilled to the team level to provide clarity and a united sense of purpose.
