Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Firstly, I would like to reassure you that we do listen. From Aevi Voice to all the coffee calls I have with our Aevi’ators across the business every week; and we do this because how people are feeling and what their challenges are is extremely important to us – and we act on them. I’m sad to hear that you didn’t feel you had a work-life balance, but I appreciate that being in a team that’s on-call (which may sometimes involve weekend and bank holiday work), wasn’t for you. I am concerned to hear that you feel that you’ve experienced leadership style through fear, this is not Aevi culture, which you can see reflected through previous Glassdoor comments. I would encourage you to reach out to one of the HR team to share your concerns. Finally, I can categorically assert that we are not content with keeping the lights on, we truly believe that we will achieve great things in the future.

Thanks for the review – I agree, we do have great people, a clear vision and good products! But it’s hearing that we have great people that brings me the most joy – with great people the sky is the limit! Yes, we did go through a tough time in January, as sadly did countless other companies in our sector. (Fintech) Investors now prioritise route to profit, rather than hyper growth, and for that reason we had to change our direction – but it was with a very heavy heart for those we had to say goodbye to. But, we have come through the changes stronger and more focused and we are achieving the results we hoped we would.
