Ken's leadership stands out immediately - he's incredibly transparent about where we're headed and actually takes the time to keep everyone in the loop. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure the whole team understands the vision and how we're tracking. It's refreshing. The onboarding was smooth for a growth-stage company. They've clearly put thought into getting new people up to speed quickly. What really impressed me is that the company values aren't just words on a wall. People actually live them day-to-day, and they regularly spotlight examples of values in action. It feels real, not corporate theater.
