Pros

I joined Affinity a few months ago and honestly couldn't be happier with the decision. Ken's leadership stands out immediately - he's incredibly transparent about where we're headed and actually takes the time to keep everyone in the loop. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure the whole team understands the vision and how we're tracking. It's refreshing. The onboarding was smooth for a growth-stage company. They've clearly put thought into getting new people up to speed quickly. What really impressed me is that the company values aren't just words on a wall. People actually live them day-to-day, and they regularly spotlight examples of values in action. It feels real, not corporate theater. If you're looking to make a real impact at a B2B SaaS company that's scaling but still has that startup energy, definitely check out Affinity.

Cons

Growing fast means some processes are still being figured out, but that's part of the fun of a growth-stage company.

Pros

- Excellent flexibility to work on projects that align with your interests and career goals - Plenty of stretch opportunities that allow you to go beyond your initial role scope - High level of autonomy in how you approach and execute your work - Comprehensive benefits package that demonstrates the company values its employees - Strong culture of mutual support. My colleagues are always willing to jump in and help each other succeed

Cons

- As a growing company, many processes are still being refined, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or unclear workflows - Promotion criteria and career advancement paths could be more clearly defined and communicated throughout the course of the year
