      Amazing and thoughtful company. New CEO has great vision and understanding of where we need to go and how to get there. Team is driven, whilst being agile. Makes changes where necessary and always looks in the mirror first. Opportunity for growth is endless. Lots of support and open door policy allows you to be who you wish, to progress.

      Cons

      Can't say there's many. Sometimes need to go backwards to go forwards - classic growing pains.
