wasted almost a decade of my life

only pros are Helping Families during tragedies

Cons

No life/work balance. Not treated equally. Paid chum change and no compensation for being on call. This company only cares about making money not about families. They rip people off and over charge and make people feel like insurance will cover serviced before even checking. They dont care if youve had no sleep and will send you 6 states away in the middle of the night cause local crews decide not to answer thier phone. This isnt a job it becomes your life.

Literally everything else, expected to be on-call 24/7 but not paid for it. no work life balance, the pay on jobs is decent but the job hours are few and far between
