      Pros

      shift meals, some management (friendly/helpful), some coworkers (nice/understanding)

      Cons

      management - would not help when they could, increased stress during high volume shifts instead of minimizing. coworkers - cliquey, entitled to certain things tip outs - tips come from phone call carry outs, everything is doordash/uber eats/online now so maybe $4 a shift. the store itself needed many updates/renovations but never got any.

      Pros

      The management and coworkers are fun and nice. The food is amazing. Customers are usually very engaged in the environment.

      Cons

      A lot of nights are slow and then you may have to pay for parking after making no money. Some drama between management and workers.

      Pros

      Free meal every shift (none of the good items though) Pay cards I guess? (Good luck getting your money the night you work. You’ll get gaslit if you ask for it though) Lax uniform requirements

      Cons

      Corporate doesn’t care about its employees or the managers Managers don’t care about the employees or the state of the restaurant Awful clientele Pre cooked meats with terrible consistency of quality Limited bar menu (if your customer doesn’t want tequila, bourbon, or bad beer, tough luck) Insanely long hours (even for a restaurant) and managers that don’t want to help make your life easier in any way
