may get bad managment depending on location asks to much of servers for little pay

Pros

The management at A&R are really sweet and easy to work for. The server community is supportive as well.

Cons

Because of Chattanooga's city law, you can't drink alcohol at a restaurant you work for. This really sucks because they have amazing margaritas.
