Compensation was fair for the position but not worth what I had to put up with while there

Cons

This company has no HR structure and is expanding far too quickly for its extremely limited chain of command. During my time here, this lead to severe disorganization in my hiring process and then a complete disconnect amongst upper management as to the expectations/duties of my position. They were so unprepared that my onboarding as Marketing Manager was just a recycled set of videos given to Restaurant Managers. None of the people involved in my EXTENSIVE hiring process were people I was actually working with.

There are zero pros to this place.

Cons

Awful management, super long hours, management loves to keep you all night every shift for as much free labor as they can. Sections are so small you never make any money. Do yourself a favor and find a different restaurant.
