Small kitchen, like very small

Way too long of shifts Working until “BD” is not a great way to keep employees happy, I never know when I’m going to get off work, and even when I have a solid off time I still end up getting stuck working for at least an hour after that. No work/life balance Management plays very clear favorites Disorganized mess most of the time Constant off the clock training and write ups if those trainings aren’t done, even if we’re not informed we have training to do (we usually aren’t told until it’s time to be written up)
