      Pros

      the family atmosphere is something I've never seen before in this industry. it is the true definition of one for all, all for one. Leadership and our team show up everyday with smiles on their faces and willing to help however needed, even in our personal lives. Plus the money is good too :)

      Sometimes the hours can be difficult as well as the standards being really high, which make it challenging for some

      Cons

      The only con I can come up with is, that we are so busy all the time. Sometimes it's hard to get a break during a long shift.

      Competitive compensation, continued education/ leadership development recourses available, growth & promotion opportunities, 15 days PTO, healthcare portion payed by company, 401k. I have always felt appreciated and valued while being employed by Agave & Rye. There are no shortage of opportunities for growth and I’ve always been given the tools and recourses I need to learn new skills. The practice of putting Core Values first has made for a fulfilling and loving work environment, while still being pushed to be the best version of myself! The environment is fun and fast paced.

      Cons

      Working for a company in the midst of rapid growth comes with challenges, but no cons from my experience.
