A couple of decent people worked there, but unfortunately they were run off by poor management.

Work/life balance, loss of self-respect every time I have to say Epic, the amount of work that you put in is not worth the pay, disorganization

Management is hired within, without much training other than the systems. You see the decline in how you are treated by the company. Very high standards with less and less support.
