      They talk to you like an adult and treat you like a person, you accrue PTO from day one of employment, understanding management, sick time, a ton of advancement opportunities, good pay, company cares about diversity and human rights, great HR department

      Cons

      Cant request time off unless you have PTO available even if it is far in advance, training period is too short

      Decent pay, job isn't very difficult.

      Cons

      Annoying work but it's not too bad. Management generally doesn't seem to care or help much unless you get lucky and get an awesome supervisor.
