Pros

Some of the best, most supportive, friendly and welcoming people I have ever had the absolute joy to work with. As a company they will do everything in their power to retain quality employees. They will give you more training if needed, one on one assistance where needed, monthly improvement goals and more. Everyone from Case Specialists, Team leads and Project management are truly committed to the success of each and every employee. I really can't say enough of how great these people really are, they're amazing. They really care about their employees, their success and well being. I have never worked anywhere where I felt truly cared about as an employee and as a person. Kia corporate director of Consumer Affairs is frequently visiting the sites. He's super friendly and really remembers each individual employee in the Agero/Kia teams.

Cons

The salaries aren't the best and aren't commensurate with the industry or locations. They're actually fairly low. On the Kia team there isn't much opportunity for advancement as the team is fairly small overall and with two main locations competing for a limited number of supervisory positions it can be difficult to move up.

Pros

Better pay than competitors in the area. Great benefits plan and the company will match your 401K contribution. Paid vacation time is earned quickly. The company really cares for the employees and is good about showing their appreciation for our hard work. Training is excellent and the support when you hit the floor is plentiful. Plenty of opportunity for advancement. I met the CEO Dave Ferrick once, sitting next to him for a town hall style meeting with other site employees. He was really down to Earth and completely approachable.

Cons

Having to deal with irate, frustrated, and scared customers yelling at you for something that isn't your fault in any way.
