Small manager to agent ratios, monthly performance bonuses.

Cons

Standard call center issues, upset callers, lack of recourse with these callers, not a lot of upward movement available.

FORCED to work overtime, Poor incentives, weekly reviews that are in no way helpful, rude customers, impossible goals
