Not a complicated job. Advancement opportunities are always available. Layed back environment. Managers are always available to help when the one assigned to you isnt. Some great people work there.

Cons

Repetitive. Will change your schedule without choice or notice. It portrays like they honor student schedules and than will favor business needs with a blink if required.

Nice environment. Some good supervisors.

Cons

Medical insurance ia too much. Some departments are very short staffed. A lother of stress, for not enough pay. Employees are asked to do the work of two or three people, in some departments. Some departments add additional duties, without being properly trained.
